Lashlacquer is a double-ended wand that includes a buildable conditioning mascara, paired with a water- and smudge-resistant hydrating topcoat. Unlike typical water-resistant formulas that usually contain harsh chemicals that often damage lashes, Lashlacquer’s innovative mascara formula uses pigment, not resin, to add volume, and the topcoat contains orange oil and rosewater to condition. Lashes are beautifully defined and water-resistant with a glossy finish due to the hydrating topcoat.
