A unique mousse formula that turns into oil on the skin. It removes all traces of foundations, heavily pigmented eyeshadows, lipsticks, and even waterproof mascaras, and breaks down sunscreen. It dissolves excess sebum, as well as decongests pores for a brighter, clearer complexion. Formulated with coix seed extract to hydrate, and safflower oil, peach kernel oil, and licorice root extract to thoroughly cleanse. Can be used wet or dry. 60 applications.
